With Lemon Pepper Fries

Beef Brisket                                                          1kg
Frenchmaid Cajun Seasoning                           Enough to cover
Coffee Grinds                                                        2-3 tablespoons
Agria Potatoes (peeled)                                      4 large potatoes
Frenchmaid Lemon Pepper Seasoning            To taste
Olive Oil (light)                                                      4 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper (black ground)
Frenchmaid Garlic Aioli                                       4 tablespoons


Prep: 20 Min | Cook: 4-5 Hrs 



Season the brisket with Frenchmaid Cajun Seasoning, coffee grinds, salt, and pepper. 

Rub into the beef and leave for 4 to 6 hours to marinate.

Sear in a hot pan until brown. 

Place in a deep tray, add 1 cup of water, cover with foil and place in an oven at 130 degrees Celsius for approximately 4 – 5 hours until tender.

Cut the potatoes into chunky chips, fry till golden in colour. 

Season with Frenchmaid Lemon Pepper Seasoning.

Serve on a platter with Beef Brisket and Frenchmaid Garlic Aioli.
