1kg beef brisket
Frenchmaid Cajun Seasoning, enough to cover
2-3 Tbsp coffee grinds
4 large Agria Potatoes, peeled
Frenchmaid Lemon Pepper Seasoning to taste
4 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Frenchmaid Garlic Aioli
Method
Season the brisket with Frenchmaid Cajun Seasoning, coffee grinds, salt, and pepper. Rub into the beef and leave for 4 to 6 hours to marinate. Sear in a hot pan until brown.
Place in a deep tray, add 1 cup of water, cover with foil and place in an oven at 130 degrees Celsius for approximately 4 – 5 hours until tender.
Cut the potatoes into chunky chips, fry till golden in colour. Season with Frenchmaid Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
Serve on a platter with Beef Brisket and Frenchmaid Garlic Aioli.
